inadequate soundproofing water spillage

i found the soundproofing inadequate. street noise and pool music were excessively loud, especially from the boulevard mohamed z side. i also noted the absence of a shower screen or curtain, which resulted in water spillage during each shower.

totally fab stay!

super clean cleanliness pool area many choices awesome staff

The hotel really shines with its cleanliness, i found it impressively super clean. the pool area is a total win, i could always snag a lounger easy. breakfast was a highlight, so many choices and everything was fresh. the staff is awesome. They are always ready to help and super friendly.

the air conditioning in the lobby can use a boost, i felt a bit warm while waiting.

the beautiful room has separate sinks, a lifesaver for couples, and a rainfall shower, i really enjoyed it. the room included a flatscreen television and a minibar. daily housekeeping kept everything super tidy.

the outdoor pool has plenty of loungers plus a shaded section, i think it's great for escaping the sun. the gym offers three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. the spa features a sauna and treatment rooms.

the breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of options, i think everyone can find something they like. omelets are made to order, so yummy. i really liked the restaurant served both local and international dishes.

EXCELLENT Stay!

friendly staff clean rooms short taxi air conditioning

The staff was friendly and always available. Aziz, who worked by the pool, made sure everyone was comfortable, which I appreciated. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned, I was actually surprised. The attractions are a short taxi ride away, so getting around was not a problem at all.

The drink prices at the bar are a little higher compared to nearby places.

Our driver was friendly, punctual, and ready to drive us wherever we wanted. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

The room was well-kept, and the housekeeping service was daily. There were ample clean towels and fresh bedding. The room had effective air conditioningwith a VERY comfortable environment (especially with the outside heat).
